December 21, 2007, Newsletter Issue #96: Proofing Your Newsletter

Tip of the Week

Once you've created your newsletter as a digital file, you'll need to make sure it looks good in print. Obtaining a newsletter sample, or proof, from your professional printer is an important step in the process of having a newsletter printed. This way, you can make sure that all the fonts and graphics you used in your digital file have translated correctly into print. It's also a good idea to look at a newsletter sample to make sure that you like the type of paper you've picked to print it on; as well as to give a final proofreading of the contents of the newsletter. This way, you can give a final OK to the printing of your newsletter and you'll know that the larger quantities will come out the way you intended.
