August 6, 2010, Newsletter Issue #231: A Sweet Way To "Save The Date"

Tip of the Week

Save the date magnets are a great way to get the word out about an upcoming wedding. People can keep the information handy on their refrigerator or close to a calendar so that they don't make other plans on your special day. Wedding magnets allow for a good deal of creativity, and you can really personalize them to give people a taste of what you are like as a couple. Save the date magnets can be silly, serious or picturesque--it's really up to you.

Make sure that you include the basic information people need on the magnet. If you don't use a photo, you will want to put your names are on there, along with the date and time of the wedding and reception. You can add other information as well if you like, such as the location of the wedding, or perhaps even a quote about love. If the wedding colors have already been chosen, that can be an option for the magnets as well.
