Date stamps are another helpful tool that assist in managing everything from invoices to faxes. Quickly give permission to move forward with an "approved" stamp, or acknowledge that you have read a document with a "received" stamp. There are numerous ways you can use custom stamps to help you stay on top of that stack of papers.
