If you’re planning on printing in large quantities, buy shirts in bulk that you can use for different print runs to keep your per shirt cost down. 2. Keep design colors to a minimum. The more colors you print on t-shirts, the more money you’ll spend. When designing graphics and text, keep in mind a two-color shirt can be substantially cheaper than a four-color shirt. 3.
