Many businesses use promotional keychains as giveaway items at trade shows and conventions, but how can you position these great promo items for maximum effectiveness? Many people set up a trade show booth and just put a bowl of the promotional keychains out for attendees to take. But there are more proactive ways you can distribute your keychains to make sure your company name and website get into the hands of more people. Why rely on people to take them from the table when you can include them in your promo packets and press kits?


But that's not the only way you can make sure your photo keychains get into the right hands. Do you have other promo items on a trade show table? Consider creating a special promo package that includes lanyards, bumper stickers and other items grouped together into a small, handy package you can hand out at the show. A small package with similarly branded items can be more attractive than the individual items themselves because they're easy to carry and store. If everyone at a trade show or convention is handing out photo keychains or other promo items, your table may have an edge with a simple, easy-to-stash package that doesn't clutter up a briefcase or shoulder bag. When packaging these items together, try for something that's easy to slip into a side pocket for maximum portability.
